How do returns work with Catch?

If you used Catch credit on your order, when you return the order, that credit will be added back to your Catch account to be used towards a future purchase. 

Haven’t spent your Catch credit earned from the order you’d like to return? No worries! The return process will be just like any other through your Orders & Returns. You’ll be refunded back to your original form of payment and your Catch credit earned for that order will be removed from your Catch account.

If you’ve already spent or gifted your Catch credit, that credit amount will be deducted from your refund total. That refund will go to the original form of payment.

Catch will send out emails to help break down any refunds, returns, or changes. These are helpful to answer questions you may have.
