If you checked out as a guest, you can create a return by navigating to our Returns Page here or by selecting the "Start a Return" button in your shipping confirmation email.
After entering your order number and shipping zip code on the returns page, you'll then select which items you'd like to send back and the reason you’re returning them. If you choose to return at a Happy Returns Bar, you will be provided with a QR code that you will need to present when dropping off your return at a Happy Returns location.
If you choose to return by mail, you will be provided a pre-paid return shipping label and packing list. All you need to do is pack up your items and invoice, print the shipping label, tape it to your package, and pop it in the mail!
Returns can be started within 30 days from the original ship date on your order. Please be sure that all items are returned with their original tags attached, and with the original shoebox, if applicable.
Keep in mind that a refund, via any return method, to your credit card, Applepay account, Paypal account, or Klarna plan will take around 3-4 business days to process after being received by Happy Returns or by our warehouse.
If your order was placed with store credit, you will receive a refund in store credit as well, which will be processed immediately.
