You can find your store credit balance in the drop-down menu located in the top right corner of the site. Just log into your Everlane account and hover over your name.
When you’re ready to check out, the credit will automatically deduct from your total.
If you don’t see a balance on that drop-down menu, it means you currently have no available store credit in your account. If you have made a recent return for store credit and your account shows that your store credit balance is still zero, this means that your return has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
