What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
If your order was marked as delivered but it's not where they said they left it, a few things may have occurred:
- Your delivery person placed your package somewhere discreet to ensure no one steals it (behind a plant, under a bush — we've seen it all (and appreciate their thoughtfulness).
- Your delivery person marked your package as delivered a few days in advance, and the package is still on its way.
- Your delivery person left the package with a neighbor or roommate.
If none of the above applies, please double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package still hasn't shown up after 14 days (US orders) or 21 days (orders outside of the US) with no further tracking updates, it's safe to assume the package is lost and we'll help you reach a resolution.
Please note: We are not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service. Please contact the third-party shipper if any shipping issues arise with an order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments, or questions regarding tracking.
If your order turns up after we've provided a resolution, we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and kindly ask that you return the package to us.
