If you're in the U.S., we've got three ways for you to return: mail-in, in-person at your local Happy Returns Bar, or IRL at any of our retail stores.
Returns for store credit are always free, no matter if you mail in your return or drop it off at a Happy Returns Bar or Retail store.
Mail-in returns for a refund to your original form of payment will have a $7 fee deducted from the total refund.
Here's the breakdown of how to start a return on our site, for each return method:
1. Returns to Happy Returns Bars
- To begin, log in to your Everlane account and head to your Orders & Returns page.
- Click the "Start a Return" button next to the order you wish to return
- Select the items you'd like to return by selecting the reasons they didn't work out.
- Select your preferred refund method. Happy Returns Bar returns are free, regardless of your refund method.
- Choose the option to "Drop items at Happy Returns" and complete the return.
- Happy Returns will email you a QR code and an express code to provide at your local Happy Returns Bar. These codes are required in order to return with Happy Returns, so remember to bring the code with you.
- Keep in mind: As of January 4, 2023, Happy Returns has implemented a return item limit of 10. Any returns with 10 or more items, will not be accepted. You will need to mail in the returns or split the returns.
2. Mail-In Returns
- To begin, log in to your Everlane account and head to your Orders & Returns page.
- Click the "Start a Return" button next to the order you wish to return
- Select the items you'd like to return by specifying the reasons they didn't work out.
- Select your preferred refund method. Store credit returns are free, and refunds to your original form of payment include a $7 shipping label fee.
- Choose the option to "Box and Ship Items Using a Prepaid Label."
- Print the prepaid shipping label provided and mail in your return package.
- Please allow one to two weeks for refunds to be processed.
3. IRL Returns
Our store teams are happy to take care of your returns and help with exchanges. IRL returns are free and incur no shipping label fee. Just head to your local store, provide them with the order number or email address used to place the order, and they’ll take it from there.
Keep in mind that store assortments are limited. If they don't have the item you need for an exchange, our store teams can help by placing an order to ship directly to you with free expedited shipping.
