Return Policy
Not the right fit? Or went overboard with your retail therapy? No worries. We're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 30 days of the ship date. In-person returns are free. Mail-in returns have a $7 shipping label fee, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund. We accept returns at all of our IRL retail locations, through your local Happy Returns Bar, or by mail.

First-Try Underwear Policy
If your first pair of underwear didn’t fit quite right after trying it on, you can return it within 30 days from the ship date as long as it's not part of our Final Sale collection. After that, we will also accept subsequent underwear returns in original unopened packaging. If you're buying multiples, we suggest opening and trying only one pair to make sure you love them before you open up the rest, as we can only accept one pair of underwear out of the packaging for return. Swim, bodysuits, and bras are not included in our First-Try policy.
Swim and bodysuits can be returned if the protective hygienic liner is still attached and is not part of our Final Sale collection.
Final Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit are refunded as store credit. If you have been refunded in-store credit and would like your refund back to the original form of payment instead, just reach out here, and we'll take care of it for you.
