Can I combine my returns using one label?

When creating your return through our returns site, you can create one return for multiple items from different returns. If you are mailing back your return, we ask that you create one return for all your items, which will generate a single return label for you to use. 

If you wish to use multiple packages to mail back your return, please create a separate label for each package you wish to use, selecting the items you wish to be contained in each package. 

We kindly ask that for each return label generated, you only send back the items associated with that return label. Your return label is formulated based on the weight of the items you're returning, so combining multiple returns can cause the package to be returned to you. We also use the information printed on your shipping label to process your returns, so consolidating items from different returns will slow down the processing time for your refund.
