How do I return or exchange a gift?

We want you to be able to get something you love, so we're happy to assist you to swap it out discreetly. You can return any returnable Everlane item you received as a gift for store credit with no shipping label fee. 

Log in to your Everlane account and head over to our Gift Returns page to begin the process. If you don't already have an Everlane account, you can create one here, since you'll need to create an account with us to process your gift return.

If you are having trouble starting the gift return process, feel free to contact us. Make sure to include either the original order number or the name, email address, and shipping address of the purchaser/gifter in your message. We'll need this info to initiate your gift return.

Please note: Both digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable, and items listed as final sale are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
