Need to swap out your purchase for a different size or color? As long as your item is eligible for return, you can return the item, then place a new order. Here's how:
- Log into your Everlane account and navigate to the Orders & Returns page.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reasons you are returning or exchanging them.
- Place a new order. If you made your return for store credit, the credit will automatically apply at checkout, as long as you are logged in under the email associated with your original purchase. If the item(s) you're exchanging were purchased at a promotional price that is no longer active, an exchange coupon will automatically apply to your exchange purchase to match the original price you paid. This exchange coupon will be valid for two weeks. If your original order was placed with a promotional discount code and not during a sitewide sale, please contact us for assistance in matching the original price.
Remember: Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
