The COVID-19 epidemic continues to evolve by the day. As a business and a community, we believe that we must do our part to slow the spread of the virus while we continue to operate.
Our priority is our people. This means prioritizing the health and safety of our workers at every level of the company, from stores to headquarters, and across our supply chain.
As of now, our retail stores are closing until March 28. Our online store will still be open, and we’ll be available at email@example.com or via our social channels.
This is a critical moment in the world. As we all continue to live our daily lives, let’s work together to protect and care for one another.
Even afar, we’re in this together.
Why is Everlane retail closing?
Will you continue to launch new products?
We will continue to launch new products carefully during this time. Our hope is that we can bring some sense of normalcy to our customers who still want to shop with us.
What is the plan for online fulfillment?
Our distribution center is currently up and running and taking extensive precautions to ensure the safety of its workers. We’re continuing to closely monitor local and governmental guidelines to ensure our fulfillment workers are cared for.
Will my shipment be delayed?
Our order processing time may increase to 3–5 business days. US and International shipments may be delayed to varying degrees due to reduced network capacity.
For International Express Shipments and Delays, please check here.
For International Standard Shipments and Delays, please check here.
How can I return or exchange?
In response to COVID-19, we have extended our return policy to 90 days, and have waived mail-in return fees for US returns. If your return is at risk of falling outside of this window, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
What is happening with your factories during this time?
Currently our factories are still open. We have been in constant communication with our factories, suppliers, and distribution center to ensure they are putting protections in place for their workers.
How are factories taking care of their employees?
Our factories have been going above and beyond to ensure the safety of their workers and are following all government guidelines. All factory workers have paid sick leave and are required to stay at home if they are unwell. Additionally, each factory is ensuring stringent hygiene for the safety of everyone with measures such as setting up sanitizing stations at each workstation and throughout the workplace, temperature checking, and providing education on health and safety. The issue is constantly evolving and we are laser focused on monitoring new developments at all levels of the supply chain.
Do you offer paid sick leave for part-time employees?
All part-time and full-time retail employees accrue paid sick leave. They will all be compensated for their hours while our stores are closed until March 28.
Are Everlane HQ employees working remote?
We have encouraged all HQ employees to work remotely and take the time they need during this period.
Will your remote CX team be working during this time?
Our remote CX team will continue to support customers during this time. We have been keeping all team members informed by sharing CDC guidelines and updates to ensure their health and safety.
