Yes! We accept returns and exchanges from online orders in all of our brick-and-mortar stores.
Returns are processed immediately on-site. Be sure to bring the following: proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, and the items you wish to return (in unworn condition). Please note that all items purchased from the Farewell Collection, at Choose What You Pay IRL events, and any gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: All retail locations and many Happy Returns locations are currently closed in response to COVID-19 safety measures.
