Yes! We accept returns and exchanges from online orders in all of our permanent brick and mortar stores.
Returns are processed immediately on-site. Be sure to bring the following: proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, and the items you wish to return (in unworn condition).
Returns can be processed as store credit or as a refund to the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Please note that Everlane’s standard return policy applies (we accept returns within 60 days—items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered), and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with (or box if shoes). All other items are accepted at the discretion of the store associate.
Please note that all items purchased from the Farewell Collection, at Choose What You Pay IRL events and any gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: All retail locations and many Happy Returns locations are currently closed in response to COVID-19 safety measures.
