Once you create a return, you may receive a Return Credit on your account. But if you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, it will be issued once our warehouse receives and processes your item(s).
Return processing typically takes up to 2-3 weeks from the date shipped to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to 2-3 weeks from the date received to be processed.
We will make sure to send you an email once the returned item(s) have been received and another one confirming when your refund has been processed. If you have waited for more than three weeks with no email from us, please contact us, and we will gladly help you out!
Please note that if the 30-day return window passes while your return is still in-transit, your refund will still be issued once the warehouse inspects it.
