All purchases* (including purchases made at brick-and-mortar locations and Choose What You Pay purchases made online) may be returned within 90 days of the purchase date. Note that once you have started your return online, you have 30 days to send the item back to us.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and unaltered. You must include any original packaging, including all tags or boxes the item came with.
Refunds can be issued for store credit** or to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
If your order used store credit as the sole payment method, that specific purchase can only be returned for store credit. If you would like your store credit returned to a credit card or PayPal account that has been used to purchase at Everlane within the past 6 months, please get in touch.

We accept returns from online orders at our physical locations and select Happy Returns Bars. Just make sure to bring the items you're returning in new condition with all tags, and have your order number ready so our team can best take care of you.
Note: All retail locations and many Happy Returns locations are currently closed in response to COVID-19 safety measures.
Underwear & Bodysuit Policy
Your first pair of underwear can be tried on and returned for a refund within 90 days of purchase, even if the tags and protective liners have been removed. After your first pair, any underwear must be in its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact for a refund. Bodysuits can be returned within 90 days of purchase, but the protective hygienic liner must still be attached. We cannot accept returns for bodysuits without the protective hygienic liner attached.
