We accept returns within 30 days from the ship date. All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging, including all tags and shoe boxes (when applicable).
Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Final Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit. Contact us for a refund to your original form of payment.
If you need assistance with order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, please log into your Everlane account and then head to our Help Center and select Order Issues from the drop-down menu for assistance.
Underwear & Bodysuit Policy (US Only)
Your first pair of underwear bottoms can be tried on and returned for a refund within 30 days of shipment, even if the tags and protective liners have been removed. After your first pair, any underwear must be in its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact for a refund. If you're buying multiples, we suggest opening and trying only one pair to make sure you like them, as we can only accept one pair of underwear out of the package for return.
While Bodysuits and Bras are not included in our First Try policy, they can be returned within 30 days from the ship date if they are not marked as Final Sale; the protective hygienic liner of the Bodysuit must still be attached in order to be eligible for return. Bras may be returned if they have been opened, but all tags must be attached.
Please note that this policy is for domestic orders only. International underwear bottoms and bras orders are considered Final Sale, unless they are part of our Perform Collection.
