Step 1. Log into your Everlane account and navigate to the Orders & Returns page.
Step 2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason(s) you are returning them.
Step 3. Print the prepaid shipping label provided and drop the package in the post. Please send the item(s) back to us within 30 days.
You will receive an instant refund in the form of store credit, which you can use to place a new order. If you would like the money refunded to your original payment method, it will be refunded once our warehouse receives and processes your item.
Please note: Returns to your original form of payment generally take 2-3 weeks from the time you send the package until the warehouse receives and processes it.

Alternative Ways to Process a Return (US only)
You can return any item to our stores (California, New York) as long as it is within the 90-day return window. The item must also have the original tags, packaging, and be unworn and unwashed.
We may not have inventory available to do a direct exchange in-person. Our sales associates can always order a new item for you and have it shipped from our warehouse.

Happy Returns (US only):
We have also partnered with Happy Returns to allow for in-person returns in locations where we do not have any physical stores. Happy Returns Bar locations that accept Everlane returns can be found here.
