All purchases may be returned within 60 days after the order is placed. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please return all items with their original tags attached and in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original box.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) generated here.
All returns must be mailed to our warehouse. We will not accept mailed in returns to our Corporate Office. Returns are accepted in-person at our Retail stores. We do not accept returns mailed-in to our stores.
Refunds may only be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Failure to complete a return with these instructions may result in us being unable to refund your returned items.
