To create an International return, please complete the process here.
All purchases may be returned within 60 days. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please return all items with their original tags attached and in their original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original box. Failure to complete the process and follow instructions at the above link may result in our warehouse being unable to identify and refund your return shipment.
Due to the added complexity of shipping internationally, we are not able to provide complimentary return shipping. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Everlane for orders shipped outside of the United States or Canada.
Further instructions (including a return address) will be provided after the above return process has been completed. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number and all returns must be mailed directly to our distribution center. We will not accept returns mailed to our corporate office or retail locations.
Return parcels may take multiple weeks to be delivered at our warehouse. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way.
Please note that for refunds to the original method of payment, we deduct $6 to cover the cost of restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
