When purchasing on Everlane Japan, Everlane South Korea, or Everlane Taiwan, Localised will place a U.S. domestic order via everlane.com with a Localised U.S. billing and shipping address, along with a Localised MasterCard credit card.
Everlane will then ship each parcel to Localised U.S. hubs like any other domestic order and Localised will manage the export, customs clearance, international transportation and delivery. Localised U.S. hubs will also process parcels as they come in so customers are billed for the content of their parcel, despite it being shipped partially or in full.
There are two shipping methods with Localised:
Standard (Everlane Japan only): 5-10 days from the U.S. hub
Express: 2-4 days from the U.S. hub
To initiate a Localised return, head to the Localised site: Everlane Japan, Everlane South Korea, or Everlane Taiwan. Localised will then provide a shipping label.
Returns are shipped back to Everlane with DHL Express. Everlane will refund Localised in USD and Localised will then issue a refund for the merchandise price, including any duties and taxes paid. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
