Step 1. Log into your Everlane account and navigate to the Orders & Returns page.
Step 2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason(s) you are returning them.
Step 3. Choose store credit or a refund to your original form of payment (note: refunds to your original form of payment incur a $6 restocking fee)
Step 4. Print the prepaid shipping label provided and drop the package in the post.
Returns generally take 2-3 weeks from the time you send the package until the warehouse receives and processes it.

Alternative Ways to Process a Return (US only)
You can return any item to our store as long as it is within the 60-day return window. The item must also have the original tags, packaging, and be unworn and unwashed. Our $6 return and restocking fee is not applied to in-store returns and exchanges.
We may not have inventory available to do a direct exchange in-person. Our sales associates can always order a new item for you and have it shipped.
Happy Returns (US only):
We have also partnered with Happy Returns to allow for in-person returns in locations where we do not have any physical stores. Happy Returns Bar locations that accept Everlane returns can be found here.
