To request a return, simply navigate to the Orders & Returns page while logged into your Everlane account, select the items from the order you're shipping back and the reasons why you are returning. Then choose the type of refund you'd like (refund to your original payment or store credit).
Once that's completed, for US and Canadian orders we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions. For any other International orders, further instructions will be given at that time.
We also accept complimentary returns in-store at any of our brick and mortar locations. Just make sure to have your order number ready so our team can best take care of you.
We have also partnered with Happy Returns to allow for in-person returns in locations where we do not have any physical stores. Happy Returns Bar locations that accept Everlane returns can be found here.
