Because we aren't able to offer automatic exchanges right now, we provide a combination of free returns, U.S. free shipping, and store credit for all U.S. orders to make sure you can find your correct size or color combination.
To begin the process, head to your My Returns page and choose “Return for Store Credit."
After answering a few questions we’ll send over a prepaid return shipping label. After you ship the package back to us and the warehouse receives it, our warehouse will process your return and we’ll email you about your store credit refund. You can then use this store credit to make your exchange purchase.
*Please note that for Canadian exchanges, we do offer a complimentary return label, but we do not offer free shipping on your next order at this time.
We accept returns from online orders at our physical locations and select Happy Returns Bars. Just make sure to bring the items you're returning in new condition with all tags, and have your order number ready so our team can best take care of you.
