US ONLY
Step 1. Log into your Everlane account and navigate to the Orders & Returns page.
Step 2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and exchange and the reasons you are returning or exchanging them.
*some of the return reasons require a follow-up reason to be selected before moving on to the next page
Step 3: Claim your Return Credit by clicking on the button “Add My Return Credit” on the return confirmation screen, or in your return confirmation email. The credit will be applied at checkout. This credit will expire after 14 days. Any unused Return Credit will be refunded to the original form of payment once we process your return package at our warehouse.
Please note that your order may not be eligible for Return Credit. For example, if you have an outstanding return that the warehouse has not received, you will not be offered Return Credit. You can read more about Return Credits here.
Step 4: Place a new order for the items you want in exchange.
If the item(s) you're exchanging were purchased at a promotional price that is no longer active, an exchange coupon will be automatically added to your Everlane account for you to place a new exchange order at the same price you originally paid for this item. This exchange coupon will be issued when you claim your Return Credit or when your refund is issued, whichever comes first. This coupon is valid for 2 weeks.
If your original order was placed with a promotional discount code and not during a sitewide sale, please contact us for assistance in matching the original price.
Step 5. Print out the prepaid shipping label provided, and mail in the package. We ask that you please send the item(s) back to us within 30 days.
Please note that all final sale items and Gift Card purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
