To view any store credit you may have, you'll need to log into your Everland account. If you have available credit, a pale red dot will appear in the top right corner of the page where it says "Hi...".
Hover or click on your name and a drop-down will appear showing your total balance. If you don’t see a balance on that menu, it means you currently have no available store credit in your account.
When you’re ready to check-out, the credit will automatically deduct from your order total.
If you have made a recent return for store credit and your account shows that your store credit balance is still zero, this means that your return has not yet been inspected and processed in our warehouse. Domestic refunds generally take 1-2 weeks to process, after the return has been mailed.
If you’re having trouble finding your balance, or you think there may be an error, email our Customer Experience Team at email@example.com and we’ll take care of you.
