To view any store credit you may have, you'll need to log into your Everlane account. If you have available credit, a pale red dot will appear in the top right corner of the page where it says "Hi, [Your Name]".
Hover or click on your name and a drop-down will appear showing your total balance. When you’re ready to check-out, the credit will automatically deduct from your order total. If you don’t see a balance on that menu, it means you currently have no available store credit in your account.
If you have made a recent return for store credit and your account shows that your store credit balance is still zero, this means that your return has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Domestic refunds generally take 2-3 weeks to process, after the return has been mailed. You will receive an email from our warehouse as soon as your refund has been processed and the store credit is available in your account.
