Yes! We accept returns and exchanges from online orders in all of our permanent brick and mortar stores. Returns made in-store are not charged a restocking fee.
Returns are processed immediately on-site, just make sure to bring the items you're returning in new condition and proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, so our team can best take care of you.
Returns can be processed as store credit or as a refund to the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Please note that Everlane’s standard return policy applies (we accept returns within 60 days—items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered), and include any original packaging, including all tags the item came with (or box if shoes). Items are accepted at the discretion of the store associate.
