Orders and their contents can’t be changed once they’ve been placed.
While normally you have 1 hour from placement to cancel an order, due to order volume coupled with COVID-19's impact on our processing times, we have updated this to 5 hours. Please note: If you've chosen express shipping, the order cancellation window remains at 1 hour to accommodate your shipping method.
If you have an Everlane account, click “Cancel Order” on your My Orders page before placing a new one. If you don’t see a link, our warehouse is fulfilling your shipment so we cannot cancel or make edits in any way.
Changing shipping address:
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot edit the shipping address. However, you can contact the carrier to see if they can make edits on their end:
