How do I return an item I received as a gift?

We want you to be able to get something you love, so we're happy to assist you to (discreetly) swap it out. You can return any returnable Everlane item you received as a gift for store credit. 

Just log in to your Everlane account and head over to our Gift Returns page to begin the process. If you don't already have an Everlane account, you can create one here.

If you are having trouble starting the gift return process, please contact us. Make sure to include either the original order number or the name, email address, and shipping address of the purchaser in your message.

Please note: Gift cards, face masks, and undergarments are not eligible for returns.
