Although we are unable to offer direct exchanges for non-U.S. orders at this time, if your items are within our return policy, you can initiate your return on the Orders & Returns page while logged into your Everlane account. We cannot refund duties and taxes for returns on orders shipped to other countries.

If you purchased an item at a promotional price which is no longer active, a price-matching coupon will automatically apply to your Everlane account once your refund and return have been processed. This coupon will allow you to repurchase the same item in a different size or colorway and match the original price you paid. This coupon is valid for 2 weeks after you create your return. If your original order was placed with a separate promotional discount code and not during a sitewide sale, please contact us for assistance in matching the original price.
