Our store teams are happy to help with returns for online purchases, gift returns, and in-person exchanges. When you arrive, head to the checkout stand, where you'll need to provide the order number or email address used to place the order. If you purchased an item directly from one of our stores, you can return it at any location\*

Please note: Gift cards, underwear, and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

\*Stores that do not accept cash cannot process cash refunds and can only issue store credit. This applies to in-person returns (including returns made at a Happy Returns Bar) or by mail. Purchases made with cash in the US are only refundable to store credit when returning by mail outside the US.
